Prior to moving into search, Rob spent over a decade working in senior brand management and sales roles at Tier 1 organizations including Nestle Canada and American Express. He helped grow several of their largest global brands with consistent business results year over year. While always drawn to the people side of the business, he made the switch into executive search where he has been working with many of the top CPG organizations here in Canada to identify and attract top talent.

Prior to going into search, Chris spent 13 years in various senior sales account & field management roles within both retail & foodservice for Kraft Foods and Mondelez International. He had the privilege to work with some of the industry’s top retailers & restaurant chains and represented # 1 brands that millions of Canadians enjoy every day. He has always been passionate about sales but it was the relationships forged along the way that he enjoyed the most. Making the switch into executive search seemed like a logical way to share his deep sales experience while working with the best talent in the industry.
